Description The issue is related to insufficient input validation in the Application Service component. It allows a low-privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle Web Applications Desktop Integrator, resulting in unauthorized creation, deletion, or modification access to critical data. Successful attacks can also lead to unauthorized access to critical data or complete access to all Oracle Web Applications Desktop Integrator accessible data. The vulnerability can be exploited remotely using the HTTPS protocol.

Recommendations For versions 12.1.3 and 12.2.3 through 12.2.10, update to a version that includes the fix for this issue. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
