Description
An issue has been discovered in GitLab CE/EE that may allow an attacker to guess a user's password by brute force by sending crafted requests to a specific endpoint, even if the victim user has 2FA enabled on their account.
Recommendations
For versions prior to 15.1.6, update to version 15.1.6 or later.
For versions 15.2 through 15.2.3, update to version 15.2.4 or later.
For versions 15.3 through 15.3.1, update to version 15.3.2 or later.
