Description
The issue allows unauthenticated attackers to read arbitrary files with '.xml' extension on the Jenkins controller file system due to a lack of restriction on a file name query parameter in an HTTP endpoint.

For Jenkins Config Rotator Plugin versions 2.0.1 and earlier, at the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
