Description A possible way to bypass background activity launch restrictions exists via a pendingIntent in AlarmManagerActivity. This could lead to local escalation of privilege with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not required for exploitation.
Recommendations For Android versions Android-11 through Android-12L, consider restricting the use of pendingIntent in AlarmManagerActivity to minimize the risk of exploitation until a patch is available.
