Description A heap-based buffer overflow in the SSL-VPN component may allow a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code or commands by sending specifically crafted requests. A heap-based buffer overflow occurs when a program writes more data to a heap memory block than it can hold, potentially corrupting memory and allowing for unauthorized code execution.
Recommendations As a temporary workaround, disable SSL-VPN. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
