Description
The issue is related to a lack of neutralization of special elements in the command test.php script of the Core Config Manager component in Nagios XI, allowing for remote code execution. This could enable a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code.
Recommendations
For versions prior to 5.11.3, update to version 5.11.3 or later to resolve the issue.
As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the command test.php component until a patch is available.
