Description The issue allows unauthorized modification of data due to a missing capability check on the "/wp social/v1/" API endpoint. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to enable and disable certain providers for the social share and login features.

Recommendations For versions up to, and including, 3.0.0, update to a version that includes a fix for this issue to prevent unauthorized modification of data. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the "/wp social/v1/" API endpoint until a patch is available.
