VectorAV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:R/S:C/C:L/I:L/A:N
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions LiteSpeed Cache plugin for WordPress versions up to, and including, 6.2.0.1
Description The issue is related to Cross-Site Request Forgery due to missing or incorrect nonce validation. This allows unauthenticated attackers to update the token setting and inject malicious JavaScript via a forged request, provided they can trick a site administrator into performing a specific action, such as clicking on a link.
Recommendations For versions up to, and including, 6.2.0.1, update to a version later than 6.2.0.1 to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the plugin's settings to minimize the risk of exploitation. Avoid using the plugin until the issue is resolved.
