Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Absolute Secure Access versions prior to 13.06
Description The issue is a cross-site scripting vulnerability in the management UI of Absolute Secure Access. This vulnerability allows attackers with system administrator permissions to interfere with other system administrators’ use of the management UI when the second administrator accesses the vulnerable page. The scope is unchanged, and there is no loss of confidentiality. However, the impact to system integrity is high, while the impact to system availability is none.
Recommendations For versions prior to 13.06, upgrade to version 13.06 or later to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the management UI to minimize the risk of exploitation. Additionally, system administrators should be cautious when accessing the management UI to avoid potential interference from other administrators.
