Description The issue is related to Persistent Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) via the [cooked-timer] shortcode due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This allows authenticated attackers with subscriber-level access and above to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses a compromised page.

Recommendations For Cooked plugin for WordPress versions up to, and including, 1.8.0, upgrade to release version 1.8.1 to address the issue.
