Linux kernel (affected versions not specified)
Description
The issue is related to the improper handling of shared interrupts in the device remove routine, specifically when using MSI/INTx interrupt. This results in the
isb memory being read after it has been freed. The fix involves moving the wx free isb resources() function from txgbe close() to txgbe remove() and correcting the improper isb free action in the txgbe open() error handling path.Recommendations
At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
