Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Linux kernel (affected versions not specified)
Description The issue is related to the validation of passed-in drm syncobj handles in the performance extension of the Linux kernel's drm/v3d module. If userspace provides an unknown or invalid handle anywhere in the handle array, the rest of the driver may not handle it well. The fix involves checking if the handle was looked up successfully, and if not, failing the extension by jumping into the existing unwind.
Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
