Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions:
Linux kernel (affected versions not specified)
Description:
The issue is related to a potential out of bounds access in the
dml2 calculate rq and dlg params() function because the value of out lowest state idx used as an index for the FCLKChangeSupport array can be greater than 1. This could allow an attacker to impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of protected information. The dml2 core specifies identical values for all FCLKChangeSupport elements, and using index 0 in the condition can avoid out of bounds access.Recommendations:
At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
