Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Linux kernel (affected versions not specified)
Description The issue is related to the Linux kernel's clk component, where a deadlock can occur if devices are not properly runtime resumed before printing the clk summary through debugfs. This can happen when a thread is resuming a device to print its state and the device is also being runtime resumed in another thread. The problem is resolved by removing superfluous calls to clk pm runtime {get,put}() and ensuring that the return value of clk pm runtime get() is checked to prevent an RPM count underflow on error paths.
Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
