Description The issue allows an index out-of-range panic in asn1/aper GetBitString via a zero value of numBits.

Recommendations For version 0.10.28, as a temporary workaround, consider disabling the GetBitString function in the asn1/aper module until a patch is available. Restrict access to the vulnerable asn1/aper module to minimize the risk of exploitation. Avoid using a zero value for the numBits variable in the affected API endpoint until the issue is resolved. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
