Description The issue concerns the Newsletter WordPress plugin, which does not properly sanitize and escape some of its settings. This could allow high-privilege users, such as administrators, to perform Stored Cross-Site Scripting attacks, even when the unfiltered html capability is disallowed, for example, in a multisite setup.

Recommendations For versions prior to 8.7.1, update to version 8.7.1 or later to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting the use of the vulnerable settings until a patch is available.
