Description The issue is related to Stored Cross-Site Scripting due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping via the className parameter. This allows authenticated attackers with Contributor-level access and above to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages, which will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page.

Recommendations For OpenSheetMusicDisplay plugin for WordPress versions up to, and including, 1.4.0: Update to a version later than 1.4.0 to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the className parameter to minimize the risk of exploitation.
