VectorAV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:H/A:H
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions: Linux kernel (affected versions not specified)
Description: The wx rx buffer structure contained two DMA address fields: dma and page dma. However, only page dma was initialized and used to program the Rx descriptor, while dma remained uninitialized and was used in some code paths. This could lead to undefined behavior, including DMA errors or use-after-free.
Recommendations: At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
