Description: A SQL injection issue exists in Lingdang CRM due to the manipulation of the getvaluestring argument in the /crm/crmapi/erp/tabdetail moduleSave.php file. This allows for remote attacks. The exploit is publicly available. Upgrading to version 8.6.5.4 resolves the issue by implementing parameterized queries and input sanitization.
Recommendations: Upgrade to version 8.6.5.4 or later.
