Description An easily exploitable issue exists in the Filesystem component of Oracle Solaris that allows a high-privileged attacker with logon access to compromise the system. Successful attacks require human interaction from a person other than the attacker. While the issue is in Oracle Solaris, attacks may impact additional products. Successful exploitation can result in a denial-of-service (complete DOS) condition, causing Oracle Solaris to hang or crash repeatedly.
