Description A data race exists in the hidraw open() function concerning the hidraw device reference counter. This occurs because the reference counter lacks a dedicated synchronization mechanism, leading to potential issues when multiple processes concurrently open the device. The issue was introduced by a commit intended to protect the hidraw table, but inadvertently also protected the reference counter.
