Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Linux kernel (affected versions not specified)
Description The Linux kernel contains an issue related to the stratix10-svc firmware. The problem stems from incorrect usage of the platform set drvdata and dev set drvdata functions, which both utilize the same data and overwrite each other. This can cause the removal of the svc driver (rmmod) to fail and trigger a kernel panic during kthread stop and fifo freeing.
Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
