Description The Linux kernel contains a flaw within the iommufd subsystem where the same hardware-assisted page table (hwpt) could be added to the ioas->hwpt list multiple times. This double addition corrupts the linked list in certain scenarios. The issue stems from a leftover from rework in the code and does not affect the test suite due to limitations in creating a legitimate struct device with a non-system iommu driver.
