Description
The Linux kernel contains a flaw that can lead to a deadlock situation. This can occur during data TP/ETP transfer while simultaneously subscribing to the error queue and receiving a net down event. The deadlock involves multiple locks, including
j1939 session list lock, active session list lock, sk session queue lock, and j1939 socks lock. The issue arises from the placement of the j1939 sk errqueue() call within the active session list lock context.Recommendations
