Description
Buffer overflow issues in the affected interface could allow an unauthenticated adjacent attacker to achieve remote code execution. A successful attack enables the execution of arbitrary commands on the underlying operating system. A buffer overflow occurs when a program writes more data to a block of memory, or buffer, than it is designed to hold, potentially overwriting adjacent memory locations.
