Description
An issue exists where a Regular Expression Denial of Service (reDoS) attack is possible. This occurs through the use of mailbox regex mail-rule filters, which can be exploited to cause the application to become unresponsive by providing a specially crafted input that triggers excessive processing time in the regular expression engine.
