Description
A flaw exists in the kernel mode layer that allows an unprivileged user to trigger a use-after-free condition. A use-after-free is a memory corruption issue that occurs when an application continues to use a pointer after it has been freed. This could result in code execution, denial of service, escalation of privileges, information disclosure, or data tampering. The issue involves residual GPU mappings on PC and cloud GPUs.
