Description An endpoint used during the initial appliance setup lacks authentication and fails to correctly enforce its intended state precondition. This allows an unauthenticated network attacker to repeatedly re-trigger the privileged activation process during the initial activation window. Such activity can disrupt the setup process and leave the appliance in an incompletely configured state. This issue is only reachable while an appliance is being activated for the first time and has not yet been fully configured.
