Description
Improper input validation in Extensions allows a remote attacker to bypass the web origin policy—a security mechanism that restricts how a document or script loaded from one origin can interact with a resource from another origin—into a privileged page. This is achieved through the use of a crafted Chrome extension and social engineering.
Recommendations
Update Google Chrome to version 155.0.8059.39 or later.
