Description
The
@backstage/plugin-proxy-backend package contains improper input validation within the proxy-backend. An authenticated user can craft a request URL that forces the proxy-backend to forward the request to a path outside the configured base path on the target server. This effect is limited to target servers already configured as proxy endpoints.Recommendations
Update to version 0.6.17.
