Description
The
@backstage/plugin-scaffolder-backend package may expose secret-derived values within Scaffolder task logs. This occurs in deployments where sensitive scaffolder.defaultEnvironment.secrets are configured and users are permitted to create or modify Scaffolder templates. A template author can cause these secret-derived values, used during template iteration, to be persisted and visible to any user with access to the task logs.Recommendations
