Description
A heap-based buffer overflow exists in the MongoDB protocol parser. A remote attacker can trigger memory corruption by sending a specially crafted MongoDB SCRAM username with an excessive length. This may lead to a denial of service or arbitrary code execution.
Recommendations
At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
