Authenticated users can cause a denial of service for all users by exhausting server memory. This occurs when compressed remote image URLs are supplied in chat messages. Specifically, if the image field points to a host returning gzip-encoded responses, the
get image base64 from url() function decompresses the data without bounds, leading to uncontrolled resource consumption.Recommendations
