Description
An incorrect authorization issue exists where authenticated users with a reporter role can access restricted CI artifact report content they are not authorized to view. This occurs due to missing authorization checks.
Recommendations
Update GitLab CE/EE to version 19.2.8 or later.
Update GitLab CE/EE to version 19.3.5 or later.
Update GitLab CE/EE to version 19.4.2 or later.
