EVENING GLOBAL SUPER INTELLIGENCE ANALYSIS REPORT By Ed Hernandez | Keystone Pulse Media / Global Media Center October 15, 2026
Executive Evening Pulse Edition: The Giveaway
Good evening. Thursday is one story told twice.
The chips sold off. Reuters reported the Philadelphia Semiconductor Index down another 3.3 percent on Thursday, adding to a $1.64 trillion wipeout over the past six sessions. The sector is on track to erase about $2 trillion since last week. Bloomberg had the SOX down about 12 percent over the streak through Wednesday, its longest losing run since May 2025. The drivers are higher-rate bets and the cost of the AI buildout. Credit moved first. CoreWeave fell more than 16 percent after a chart of its bond yields circulated.
NVIDIA closed at $217.23, down 1.84 percent, market cap about $5.24 trillion. That is roughly 11 percent under the October 6 high of $243.37. Data-center revenue in the last reported quarter was $89.0 billion. Huawei’s claim that Ascend has likely passed NVIDIA inside China still has no number.
The Super Intelligence (SI) sector is aggressively recalibrating amidst seismic market shifts and critical infrastructure directives. Dominating the evening news cycle, global technology markets suffered a severe sell-off as investors digested the long-term capital expenditure implications of massive infrastructure buildouts. Concurrently, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) escalated pressure on critical infrastructure operators by issuing emergency binding operational directives to immediately mitigate the CVSS 9.8 remote-code-execution vulnerability (CVE-2026-51592) within Nvidia’s ubiquitous Triton Inference Server, amplifying urgency across all production environments.
On the same day, Meta gave the weights away. Muse Spark Open is an 816-billion-parameter mixture-of-experts model with 42 billion active parameters, a 1-million-token context window, and native multimodal understanding. Meta calls it the most capable U.S. open-weight model to date. It shares a base with Muse Spark 1.3. The weights are on Hugging Face under the Muse Model License, and on Amazon SageMaker, Google Cloud Model Garden, and Microsoft Foundry.
Anthropic moved a product out of preview. Claude Code Review is generally available for Team and Enterprise plans. Most reviews now finish in 6 to 10 minutes, about three times faster than in preview. Admins choose Quick, Standard, or Deep per repository. Eligible Enterprise organizations can claim at least $10,000 in credits by January 15, 2027.
Thursday’s read: the weights are free. The chips are not.
