Description An issue in the web-based management interface allows an authenticated remote attacker to execute arbitrary commands, write arbitrary files to the filesystem, or disclose sensitive information. This occurs due to insufficient validation of user-supplied input within an HTTP request sent to an affected endpoint. To exploit this, the attacker must possess valid user credentials.

Recommendations Apply the software updates released by Cisco. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
