Description
The plugin fails to perform capability, nonce, or ownership checks on an AJAX action used to update account details. This allows unauthenticated attackers to overwrite the email address of any user, including administrators, enabling full account takeover via the standard password-reset process.
Recommendations
Update the plugin to a version newer than 1.4.3.
