Description
An issue existed in GitLab CE/EE where an authenticated user could potentially access information from previous pipeline jobs in projects where the repository and CI/CD were disabled. This was due to incorrect authorization checks.

Update GitLab CE/EE to version 18.7.6 or later.
Update GitLab CE/EE to version 18.8.6 or later.
