Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Linux kernel (affected versions not specified)
Description A flaw exists in the Linux kernel’s amdxdna accelerator. A vulnerability occurs due to an out-of-bounds write in command slot handling. Specifically, the memset() function is called before verifying the available slot space, potentially leading to memory corruption if the remaining space in a command slot is smaller than the command header size. The issue is resolved by moving the memset() call after size validation.
Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
