Description
Wazuh authd contains a heap-buffer overflow, which occurs when a program writes more data to a heap-allocated memory buffer than it can hold. This allows attackers to cause memory corruption and malformed heap data by sending specially crafted input, leading to a denial of service condition that impacts the availability of the authentication daemon.
