Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions
Keycloak (affected versions not specified)
Description
Improper input validation occurs because Keycloak accepts RFC-compliant matrix parameters in URL path segments. Since common reverse proxy configurations may ignore or mishandle these parameters, a remote attacker can craft requests to mask path segments. This allows for the potential bypass of proxy-level path filtering, which could expose sensitive or administrative endpoints intended to be inaccessible from external networks.
Recommendations
At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
