Description
The SpyEmrgHealth and SpyEmrgSrv services contain an unquoted service path issue. This allows local attackers to escalate privileges by placing malicious executable files in the unquoted service path. Once the files are placed, the attacker can trigger a service restart or a system reboot to execute arbitrary code with LocalSystem privileges.
