Description An issue exists in the dmaengine idxd component where an invalid memory access can occur. This happens if a first Function Level Reset (FLR) completes successfully, but a subsequent second FLR fails to allocate the scratch area for the saved configuration.
Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
