Description A memory leak occurs in the construct region() function within the cxl/region component. This happens when the first sysfs update group() call fails, as the resource must be explicitly freed because it is too early for cxl region iomem release() to handle the release.
Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
