VectorAV:L/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:U/C:N/I:N/A:H
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Linux kernel (affected versions not specified)
Description A flaw in the WireGuard component occurs because the wg netns pre exit() function manually acquires rtnl lock() within the .pre exit callback. This can lead to a hung task if another thread already holds the rtnl mutex, causing the cleanup net workqueue or the setup net failure rollback path to block indefinitely while waiting for the lock.
Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
