Description An issue exists in the Multipath TCP (MPTCP) path manager where the kernel fails to consistently set the ID as available when removing an endpoint. This can be triggered by specific sequences of actions, leading to kernel warnings in functions such as mark subflow endp available(), mptcp pm nl fullmesh(), mptcp pm nl set flags all(), and mptcp pm nl set flags().
