Description
The
usb control msg(), usb bulk msg(), and usb interrupt msg() APIs in usbcore allow unlimited timeout durations. Because these APIs utilize uninterruptible waits, a task can be hung indefinitely, and cannot be terminated without physically unplugging the target device.Recommendations
