Description
A stored cross-site scripting (XSS) issue exists due to improper sanitization of
<iframe> elements. The application permits the use of javascript: URIs within the src attribute, which execute when a malicious page is viewed. This allows attackers to run arbitrary JavaScript in the victim's browser context, potentially granting access to sensitive client-side data such as authentication tokens (e.g., JWT), session cookies, application configurations like window.appSettings, and user-specific data accessible via APIs. This can lead to session hijacking, unauthorized API actions, and full account takeover.Recommendations
