Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Linux kernel (affected versions not specified)
Description A memory leak exists in the get file all info() function within the ksmbd module. If the vfs getattr() function fails, the allocated filename is not freed before the function returns, resulting in a memory leak. The issue is resolved by freeing the filename before returning in the error case.
Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
