Description
A potential buffer length underflow exists in the
mt7921 driver within the mt76 wifi module. The buf len variable, used to limit iterations when retrieving country power settings, may underflow due to changes in the CLC power table. This can result in an almost infinite loop or an invalid power setting, leading to driver initialization failure.Recommendations
At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
